In terms of communication, for example, I can see which companies I’ve requested bids from, which status they are in, and whether we have heard back from them yet. If I am not available, my colleagues can log in to get this information at all times. The goal to optimize our quotation process was quickly achieved with 12Build.”
Before 12Build, the variety, sizes, and different versions of documents held up the process: “We uploaded the plans and bill of quantities in up to five emails because the file sizes and plan variety didn’t allow for a comprehensive attachment. After that, everything was sent in regular, separate emails.”
